What are you passionate about in life, and who are you professionally?
I am an architect and, since 2008, I have been leading Indice Creativo, a design studio based in Catania. I specialize in interior design and residential renovations. My goal has always been to transform living spaces into environments that reflect the identity, desires, and needs of the people who inhabit them. I am deeply passionate about my work because of its powerful ability to connect with human emotion.
What does colour mean to you, and how did you use it before discovering the RAH method?
Before discovering the RAH method, colour played a fundamental role in my projects, even though it was mainly guided by aesthetic criteria and chromatic harmony. I focused on the overall visual effect and on how colour could influence the perception of space. I used light tones to open up a space, warm hues to create intimacy, and neutral shades for elegance and versatility. I used colour as a tool to set the desired atmosphere, often starting from the architectural context and the client’s brief.

Finally, your personal thoughts: what hopes do you have for the future of your field?
My hope is that design continues to evolve as a discipline that connects ever more deeply with people. I wish for more professionals to recognize the power of colour and emotion in shaping meaningful spaces and for the client’s uniqueness to become the heart of every project. I dream of a world where every home tells a personal story and becomes a haven of happiness and well-being for those who live in it.
